LOS ANGELES (TheWrap.com) - Brad Anderson, who recently scored a hit with "The Call," is attached to direct the intense psychological thriller "Restart" for Lotus Entertainment and Davids Canton Productions.

Gregory Poirier ("National Treasure: Book of Secrets") wrote the script, which is based on Matthew Klein's novel "No Way Back." Corvus published the novel this spring.

Danny Davids and Neil Canton are producing, while Lotus' Jim Seibel, Bill Johnson and D.J. Gugenheim are executive producing. WME Global is representing domestic rights and Lotus Entertainment is handling international sales.

Company is currently developing Joshua Marston's "Double Hour" with Joel Edgerton and Michelle Williams, Craig Zobel's "Z For Zachariah" with Chris Pine, Amanda Seyfried and Chiwetel Ejiofor, and a remake of Park Chan Wook's "Sympathy For Mr. Vengeance."

Anderson is currently in production on "Eliza Graves," which stars Kate Beckinsale, Jim Sturgess, Michael Caine and Ben Kingsley. He's repped by WME, Cinetic Management and Sloss Eckhouse Law.
